SingaporeBowling rewards national bowlers
21st February, Singapore: SingaporeBowling awarded several outstanding national bowlers for their stunning performances in 2012 during their annual Chinese New Year dinner at the Royal China Restaurant at Raffles Hotel.
Amongst the awardees in recognition for their performances the previous year were:
- Keith Saw Hui-Xun – SBF Bowler of the Year 2012
- Tracy See Wan Zhen – SBF Youth Bowler of the Year 2012
- Joey Yeo Rouqi – SBF Youth Bowler of the Year 2012
- Javier Tan Jun JUan – SBF Youth Bowler of the Year 2012
- Remy Ong – Outstanding contribution to the sport of Tenpin Bowling
This year’s dinner was also a celebratiory dinner for Shayna Ng for winning the AMF World Cup in November 2012 in Wroclaw, Poland. The victory was Singapore’s second success after Jasmine Yeong-Nathan had become the first to win the women’s crown in 2008 in Mexico.
