SBF President appointed Chef de Mission

2nd August, Singapore: The Singapore National Olympic Council announced the appointment of Mrs Jessie Phua as the Chef de Mission of the Singapore Contingent to the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Mrs Phua, who is presently the President of the Singapore Bowling Federation as well as President of Federation Internationale des Quilleurs since 2007, was first elected as an NSA representative to the SNOC Council in 2004 by her fellow NSA delegates and has, since then, been re-elected every year.

In 2009 she was the Chef de Mission of the Singapore Contingent to the SEA Games in Vientiane, Laos. Her first official duty will be to attend the Chef de Mission Seminar in Long from 9 to 12 August.
