SBF Level I Coaching Course

30th August, Singapore: The inaugural SBF Level I course was recently successfully conducted by National Head coaches, William Woo and Mervyn Foo from 17 - 20 Aug 2009.

This year’s intake included existing coaches, as well as professionals from other fields of work. There was a good mix of both experience and vibrant youth!

Feedback from the course was positive. Most participants enjoyed the on-lane practical session the most.

All 31 participants aced through their examination on 29 August, 2009, and we’ll be looking forward to working with the whole group again for the Level II Coaching course from 19 - 23 October, 2009.

For information, since 2004, the previous courses were conducted with Level I/II combined. The reason for splitting up the Level I and II is to provide coaches a more focused curriculum at each level. The objectives and coaching levels of each level are as follows:

Recommended as an Assistant Coach for Schools, Colleges and Clubs.

Level II Coaching Course Objective:

Coaching Level: SBF Certified Level II Coach:
Recommended as Head Coach for Schools, Colleges and Clubs.

Level III Coaching Course Objective:
