Apology to Singapore Bowling Federation

I, LENNY LIM WEI KWANG, do hereby unreservedly apologise to the Singapore Bowling Bowling Federation (SBF), for the Defaatory Comments I posted on Facebook on 1 August, 2012.

  1. I admit that the Defamatory Comments in their natural and ordinary meaning conveys that the Singapore Bowling Federation is a corrupt and self-serving organization.
  2. I acknowledge that I had no basis in making the Defamatory Comments and/or conveying the natural meaning of the Defamatory Comments on Facebook. I admit and acknowledge that the Defamatory Comments are untrue.
  3. I have since deleted the comments and do hereby unreservedly and without qualification withdraw and retract the Defamatory Comments and apologise to the Singapore Bowling Federation for my groundless attachk against the Singapore Bowling Federation.
  4. The Singapore Bowling Federation strives to promote and nuture the sport of bowling in Singapore. At all times, the Singapore Bowling Federation is driven by a spirit of integrity, professionalism and public spiritedness. I have personally benefitted from the work of the Singapore Bowling Federation and I did not have any reason to make false accusations against the Singapore Bowling Federation.
  5. I do hereby undertake not to make any further allegations that will harm the reputation of the Singapore Bowling Federation and will refrain from repeating, posting, publishing, either orally or in writing, and any manner whatsoever, the Defamatory Comments and/or statements of similar import.
  6. In full and final settlement of the matters, I have agree to pay damages to the Singapore Bowling Federation.

I, LENNY LIM WEI KWANG, do hereby unreservedly apologise to Mrs Jessie Phua, President of the Singapore Bowling Federation (“SBF”), for the comments I posted in response to the Facebook status update by Mr Jason Yeong-Nathan posted on 1 August 2012 at 4.58am (“Defamatory Comments”).

  1. I admit that the Defamatory Comments in their the natural and ordinary meaning severely impugn Mrs Jessie Phua's character and integrity, both in her personal and professional capacity as President of the SBF.
  2. I acknowledge that I had no basis in making the Defamatory Comments and/or conveying natural meaning of the Defamatory Comments on Facebook. I admit and acknowledge that the Defamatory Comments are untrue.
  3. I have since deleted the comments and do hereby unreservedly and without qualification withdraw and retract the Defamatory Comments and apologies to Mrs Jessie Phua for my groundless attack on her.
  4. I do hereby also undertake not to make any further allegations that may harm the reputation of Mrs Jessie Phua and will refrain from repeating, posting, publishing, either orally or in writing, and in any manner whatsoever, the Defamatory Comments and/or statements of similar import.
  5. In full and final settlement of the matters, I have agreed to pay damages to Mrs Jessie Phua and contribute to her legal costs.
