Bowl over with love
1st October, Singapore: SingaporeBowling held its annual BOWLinks Carnival on Saturday, October 1 at NSRCC Bowling Centre during which participants from various charity organisations “Bowl over with Love”.
Charities such as MINDS, APSN Special Schools, Deaf Association of Singapore, Delta Senior School, Bowling Association for the Disabled and Singapore Association of Mental Health pit their skills against each other with the Deaf Association of Singapore coming in tops.
SBF President, Mrs Jessie Phua and Guest of Honour and CEO of the Singapore Sports Council, Mr Lim Teck Yin along with SBF national bowlers were also there to cheer the bowlers on.
BOWLinks (Bowl Over With Love, Inspiration, Nurturing, Kindness and Sincerity) is a community project by SingaporeBowling that was established in 2005. This initiative aims to bring balance and fun to the lives of kids and adults with special needs through the joy of bowling.
